MedCost makes every effort to maintain its directory lists on the Web site and to keep them up-to-date. However, providers are added and removed from the network on a daily basis. MedCost is not responsible for actions taken by clients using the provider directory on this Web site. This information is provided as a service only.

You may see a physician practice listed as a participating provider in the MedCost network, but not every physician in that practice may be credentialed and considered an in network provider. If you select a physician that is not a MedCost participating provider, your benefits may be reduced.

When you arrive at a physician’s office, hospital, or facility, present your health insurance card that reflects your participation with MedCost and verify that the physician you are seeing is in the MedCost provider network.

NON-COVERED SERVICES: Some MedCost Preferred providers will extend discounted rates for services not covered by your health plan. Ask your health care provider if the MedCost discount will be honored.

Please note that the MedCost PPO network does not include dental providers. Please contact your insurance company for assistance with questions about dental coverage.
